We do not source our produce from the Mandi. Instead, we partner directly with responsible farmers across the country who grow crops native to their region without using harmful chemicals. The produce is naturally ripened and delivered to you within 3–4 days of harvest.

We work only with conscious and responsible farmers who avoid chemical pesticides. Certified organic farmers are clearly labelled. Non-certified farmers provide lab documentation confirming no chemical residue, and many follow Zero Budget Natural Farming — a cow-based, sustainable farming methodology.

Because we skip the traditional supply chain and deliver directly from the farm, most produce reaches you within 3–4 days of being harvested — far fresher than conventional retail.

We currently deliver across the Delhi–NCR region, including Delhi, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, Noida, Greater Noida, and Meerut.

Delivery timeframes quoted at the time of ordering are estimates and may vary. We always attempt to deliver on time, but delivery windows can be affected by demand and logistics.

Yes. Many of our products are available on subscription, so you can receive farm-fresh produce on a recurring schedule and save on every order.

We accept credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD). Online payments are processed securely with encryption before your order is confirmed.

For online payments, your order is processed only after the payment has been successfully completed. For COD, payment is collected at the time of delivery.

You can cancel your order if you notify us with your order number before preparation begins or delivery personnel are dispatched. If we can accept the cancellation based on the order lead time, no cancellation fee applies.

If an incorrect item is delivered, you can reject the delivery and receive a full refund. For partial deliveries due to unavailability, we will either propose a replacement or let you reject the incomplete order for a refund.

Refunds are processed via the original (or an alternate available) mode of payment, and you will be notified within 14 working days.
