This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how Farmery delivers your orders. By placing an order on the Platform, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Serviceable Areas
We currently deliver across Delhi, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, Noida, Greater Noida and Meerut (Delhi-NCR). Serviceability is determined by your delivery PIN code at checkout. We may add or remove serviceable areas from time to time.
2. Order Processing
For prepaid orders, processing begins once payment is successfully confirmed. For Cash on Delivery orders (where available), processing begins on order confirmation. As we deliver fresh produce, orders are typically prepared and dispatched on a scheduled basis.
3. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines and slots shown at the time of ordering are estimates and may vary due to demand, weather, traffic, or other factors beyond our control. We make every effort to deliver within the communicated window but do not guarantee exact delivery times.
4. Delivery Charges
Applicable delivery charges (if any) are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Orders above the stated free-delivery threshold may qualify for free delivery, as indicated on the Platform from time to time.
5. Receiving Your Order
Please ensure that you or an authorised person is available at the delivery address to receive the order, and that accurate address and contact details are provided. Risk and title in the products pass to you upon delivery and acceptance of the order.
6. Failed or Missed Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable, the address is incorrect or access is not provided, we may attempt redelivery or cancel the order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect information provided by you or by a person impersonating the intended recipient.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, spoiled or incorrect item, please refer to our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy for how to report it and obtain a replacement or refund.
